Come out, walk the coffee rows at 1,900 feet, take a look at the pulper and drying beds, and talk directly with Hector about the harvest, the grades, and how documentation works. He will show you the paperwork that ships with every order before you commit to anything.
Most buyers who visit leave with a much clearer picture of what makes farm-direct Kona different from co-op supply. The traceability is something you can actually walk through and see for yourself.

The pulper, fermentation tanks, washing channels, and drying beds are all on this property. You will see the equipment that ensures every lot stays on-site from cherry to green bean.
